- open to all players from Kindergarten through grade 12
- new players welcome
- you will play 5 - 6 games
- chess tournament rules apply (touch move)
- chess clocks used in upper grades (generally grade 5/6 and up)
- game time is 30 minutes per player
- tournament check-in and fee payment starts at 11:30 a.m.
- tournament starts at noon sharp (ends around 4:30 p.m.)
- $10 (plus a $5 SSCA membership)
- ribbons will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each group (number of groups will depend on number of participants
